FAQ

  • When will I recieve my order?
    We normally deliver within 7 working days after payment is recieved to mainland UK. Although some items take a little more time to hand make at the best quality finish, these items may take upto 12 working days, but this note is clearly stated at the top of these products description.
  • Can I buy replacement decorative light bulbs from Unique's Co?
    Yes, we do supply replacement light bulbs, if you are looking for something that isn't listed on this website, please request via the ''Contact'' button.
  • How much does it cost to get a customised / bespoke product?
    This depends on the product and custom request. Please feel free to ask via the ''Contact'' button with as much details as possible for which item and customisations you require.
  • I have left an enquiry, when will I get a reply?"
    As I am a sole trader, designing, making and comunicating with customers please undertsand I am limited with time, I normally reply to enquiry's within 48 hours, sometimes it may be slightly longer. But please rest assured I will reply as soon as possible.
  • What happens if I am not home when my order is delivered?
    We normally use DHL for our deliveries, if you have supplied a telephone number and email address when ordering, delivery details will be sent to you via a text message and / or email on the morning of the delivery date. If you are not home and have not given a safe place for delivery, your parcel will be taken to your local collection shop and you will be left a collection card with instructions to collect your parcel. Please remember if you request to use a safe place or leave with a trustworthy neighbour, this is also possible via the ''add a note'' button upon checkout, although leaving in a safe place is at the customers risk, Unique's Co. takes no responsibility for the recipients choice of safe places and offers no guarantee if the safe place is not secure. We highly recommend leaving your email / telephone number when ordering to recieve delivery notifications.
  • Can you only customise your products?
    No, I can happily customise products from other suppliers if needed, but I do ask that customers needing bespoke or customised products to supply some clear information and / or sketches of what you require.
  • Can you use your products in wet areas like a bathroom?
    If you are ordering items for wet area use e.g (bathroom / outside) please check which IP rating you need for your wet zone before ordering. Your electrician can guide you on what is required for your space.
